All that Travel making you feel stiff and blocking your energy?
With simple exercises that focus on recognising and individuating the different Muscle Groups, the Imbalances caused by our modern lives can become an issue of the past.
Classes range from 6 to 10 people and last 45 to 60 minutes.

Goals of Workshop:
  • Relieving tension in neck and upper back.
  • Identifying and breaking habitual movement patterns by learning the correct way to lift an arm, the correct way to bend and straighten your knees and the correct way to move your upper body.
  • Finding the correct body alignment through exercises on the floor by using your own bodyweight.
Clothing should be comfortable and elastic, no shoes, socks are optional.
